Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Popeyes Tech Dispatch (“Popeyes Tech Dispatch,” “the app”) - the registered brand name for this application and for the text message (SMS) notifications it sends. Popeyes Tech Dispatch is an internal work order dispatch tool used by staff and contractors to create, assign, schedule, and complete service work orders. Use of the app is limited to authorized dispatchers, staff, and contractors who’ve been given an account.

Text message (SMS) notifications

Contractors may receive a text message when a work order is assigned to them, but only after opting in. Opt-in is captured by a dispatcher checking a consent checkbox on that contractor’s account (“Contractor has agreed to receive text (SMS) work order assignment notifications”), which timestamps the date consent was given - no texts go out before that box is checked. These are one-way operational notifications, not marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies based on how many work orders are assigned to you.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or contact us (see below) and we’ll uncheck consent for you.
• Reply HELP for help, or see our Privacy Policy for how your information is used.

Acceptable use

Accounts are for the individual/company they were created for and shouldn’t be shared. Information entered into the app (photos, notes, checklists) should be accurate and related to the work order it’s attached to.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
